Items NOT eligible for Return/Exchange:
- Items that have been washed and/or worn.
- Items that no longer have hangtags attached.
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Items purchased more than 60 days ago.
- Non-Apparel Items that no longer have their original packaging intact.
Who pays for shipping?
You pay to send it to us, and we will pay to send it back to you.
I live nearby, can I return my items at your warehouse?
Yes. Come to our retail store during normal business hours, and we will take care of it for you.
Can I return or exchange an item that is older than 60 days?
In short, no. We hope that 60 days is enough time for you to decide an item of ours doesn’t work for you.
What if the product is defective?
If you receive something that has a defect, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the issue.
I purchased the product from one of your dealers; do I return it to you?
You will need to contact the seller in this case, and they will take care of you.
